Response Times

Once you have contacted me via the booking form, email or WhatsApp, I will aim to respond within 24 hours or less.

If you have any questions about things like - how I work, or what experience I have working with particular issues - please get in touch.

You may also have practical enquiries about my availability or how online working will be safely managed. All questions are welcome and I will aim to clarify any concerns.

If it would be preferable for you we can arrange a call to discuss any concerns prior to your booking a first session. There is NO FEE for this.

Booking the First Session

Once you have decided to book your first session and we have mutually agreed a time for this - I will send a meeting link and we can get started. If you are interested in seeing me in-person we can discuss how this would work prior to booking a time.

Initial Consultation

The main aim of the first session is to get an idea of whether it feels like a good match for us to work together. I will explain some practical details around how I work and respond to any questions you may have around therapy in general and in particular about working with me.

We will spend some time exploring what it is that has brought you to seek therapy at this time and what you would like to focus on during our sessions if you then decide to continue working with me.
